SALES PROCEDURE

 

1 )Registration Procedure.

1.1.      Any Buyer is entitled to register and buy a house from HCBE special Houses Project in Asmara,.

1.2.        Registration is possible in person, through legal representative or via fax or E- mail.

1.3. The registration venue is HCBE Head Office (Mieda Bahti Meskerem, Asmara,

Eritrea).

1.4. Any Buyer who wants to purchase a House from HCBE, should fill the

Buyer’s Registration Form and send it to the HCB head office in Asmara.

1.5   When the Registration Form is filled and send then it will be examined by HCBE.

The applicant will be informed by the Bank that he/she is qualified to purchase the house

of his/her choice.

1.6. Interested Buyers should contact the Housing and Commerce Bank for

further information before they fill the registration Form. After they make sure

that there is a house that suits their desire, they fill in the registration form

and send it to the Housing and Commerce Bank.

1.7. Registration date will expire 30 days after the official sales announcement

made (issued) .

 

2) Mode of payment:- In cash.

 

2.1. The applicant should pay a down payment of at least 50% of the selling price

within 15 days after he/she is informed by the Bank.

2..2.The remaining balance should be settled within a month from the date down

Payment is paid. But if he/she fails to fulfill this requirement, the house

reserved for him/her will be sold to another qualified applicant.

3)Mode of priorities :

Sales is based on the “First come first served’’ motto. The first applicant who fulfill

the sale requirements will get priority.
